
How Do I Cook Ribs In The Oven?
I have a rack of beef ribs and some seasoning that I made. I’m going to put them inside aluminum foil and cook them. All I need to know is how hot my oven should be, and for how long. The ribs weigh 5 lbs. I don’t need recipes or BBQ info, just temp and time. Anyone know?
bbq pit masters would smoke them at around 200 for 8 hours,for home purposes try 225 for 5 to 6 hours ,basting as you go
the hotter the Temperature you use the more the proteins in the meat will”lock” up and become tough and dry.low temp minimizes this effect
for the last hour you can do the texas crunch[wrapping in foil]to finish them
