BBQ grill plate in the dishwasher?
Does anyone know if it is safe to put the plates of the barbecue grill on the Weber E210 dishwasher? Thanks M
Depends on what you are made. The only thing that could make a dish of them, if by some miracle, is clean, is to make the iron plates oxidized (bad). If the plates have a lot of crap from the bakery then you have to get medieval on them with a scraper or oven cleaner or put them in a self-cleaning and managing the cycle. After cleaning cast iron should be dried immediately and cover with oil or oil fat that do not rust in question minutes.
