
Galbi Gui – BBQ Beef Ribs Korean Short
Galbi or Kalbi usually refers to a variety of grilled dishes and mistletoe in the Korean cuisine is made with beef or pork ribs marinated in a sauce of ganjang, which is also widely known in Western culture as a soy sauce Korea.
Appetizing, delicious Galbi Gui Korean food is BBQ at its best and very popular in the United States. The dish is also very accessible to enter the world of Korean cuisine, as some of their textures and flavors will be familiar with many of them dealing for the first time.
Galbi Gui is well known for its balance succulent and subtle flavors that make it a perfect dish to serve as part of a main dish or as part of a buffet at a rally.
Ingredients 16 ribs
1 cup soy sauce, 3 / 4 cup sugar, 1 / 2 cup water
Asian pears 1 pear, chopped or Korean 1 / 2
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
4 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. ginger juice
There are two types of sliced beef ribs you should get a Korean market, if possible, one type is where the coast is wrapped in thin slices of meat with a side attaches to a bone and a third to a quarter inch thick piece of meat that is cut into bone to bone are 3-4 in one piece.

Marinate the ribs for 12 hours or overnight, leaving covered in the refrigerator. As with all meats red, rather than leave to marinate the better, allowing the meat fibers to break a bit, making the meat more juicy and flavorful.
Remember that the ribs usually cook very fast, 2-3 minutes each side, so careful not to cook on the grill.
Traditionally, Galbi Gui is the charcoal grill wood but you can cook just as well on a charcoal or gas grill outdoor conventional.

What Gui Korean?
Gui or guee (Ku: i) is a generic term for barbecue in Korean cuisine.
Usually, meat or fish as main ingredient, but in some cases also include grilled vegetables and other vegetarian ingredients.
Korean grilled meats are collectively called gogi gui, Gui made from pig intestines or cow are collectively Naejang or yang gui gui, Guy made from pig intestines or cow are collectively gui gui Naejang or yang.
