Weird vibrating sound coming from my Weber Spirit E210 grill?

When I turn the propane tank gas on and then release the gas by turning the knob to high on high there is a pretty loud vibrating noise. I smell propane, but think that’s normal. The grill is brand new. I lit it a couple of times and it worked, but when lit the noise is still there. Brand new propane tank and just filled as well. Any ideas? Is this normal, safe?

The vibration is originating from the gas regulator more than likely. It will resonate at the burner.
I would call the place you purchased it from and ask for assistance in correcting.
